Hoop Group Triple S Harley-Davidson Summer Jam Fest Basketball Tournament

June 15, 2010: I just had an e-mail from the Marion County Convention and Visitors Bureau about an event that is coming in July!More than 200 teams will travel from all over the East Coast to Morgantown and Fairmont for the Hoop Group Triple S Harley-Davidson Summer Jam Fest Basketball Tournament. Hoop Group is the largest basketball instruction organization in the world. This event, to be held July 14-15, 2010 at Fairmont State University and WVU, involves over 2500 players, 400 Amateur Athletic Union Coaches, 1500 family members, Division I, II & III College Coaches, Scouting Services and an unknown number of spectators in town for the event.Gillum House Bed & Breakfast is located one block west of US Rte. 19 just 10 miles south of Fairmont State University (also located on US Rte. 19).
