Shinnston, West Virginia, Playful City USA for the third year holds Big Elm Play Day 2 May 25, 2013 for grades 3-5.
The City of Shinnston hosts Big Elm Elementary School at Ferguson Park in May as part of being a Playful City.
The Banks of WesBanco held their company picnic at Shinnston’s Ferguson Memorial Park. It was a day of fun for all ages!
