The Gillum Room in West Virginia

The Gillum Room has a queen four poster bed with pillowtop mattress and down-filled comforter whispers comfort while a replica of the Shinnston, West Virginia depot and the engine above the mantle pay tribute to Mr. Gillum's tenure as B & O Station Agent. The 32 inch flat screen TV with DVD and the CD player add to the amenities. Choose a movie from the DVD library on the bookcase in the hall for your entertainment.

Gillum House offers our guests a "Menu of Sheets". Choose from Egyptian cotton, Microfiber, or Flannel sheets depending on the season and your choice.

The Private "en suite" Bath features a claw-foot bathtub and a 48 inch shower. Luxury robes are in the closet, ready for you to use. Each room has climate control with a window A/C unit for Summer and electric baseboard heaters for cooler weather. All guestrooms are on the second floor.

The Gillum Room rate is $135.00 plus 6% WV sales tax per night. Please be aware that when booking through our Reservation Key system, you are making a "real time" reservation although we will call for credit card number before confirming the reservation..

If you have an allergy to feathers and/or down, please request the Harris Room, it is "feather-free".
